3) When talking about the different passions I have
in life, I get overly excited and I’m often told to calm down. Having passion
keep me motivated and wanting the most out of life. They help my dreams become
reality, and they help me expression myself to others around me. The biggest
passions I have in life are my family, succeeding in life, love educating myself,
my cultures, and my morals. Trust me, my passions don’t stop there. I have a
passion for helping others that are less fortunate, especially child. My heart
melts when I am able to put a smile on someone’s face because I was able to
make their life a little better. That’s exactly what I want to do when
providing a product or service. I want to be able to offer something that makes
people feel better, and make people sure the passions I have. I want a deeper
connection with my audience, and I want them to be able to share and relate
their passions to my brand. “The brand
should offer differentiation, based on an understanding of what the audience
wants, and a passion and belief in the product or service” (Davis 57). Of
course the most obviously passions I have are fashion, and art. I believe that
everything that sits on the Earth is a piece of art. My passion for art also
drives me to have a passion for travelling. I’d love to travel the world and
see what art has to offer. My passion for learning about different cultures
would also allow me to educate myself and offer more of an understanding to the
diverse audience I’ll have.

Core Values
(2) It’s easy to say that one wants people to think
high of their brand and that will shape your brand’s publicity. It takes more
than just wishing and hoping. Core Values are what my potential audience will
think of me and I have control over that. My core values are something I will
hold high and I will make sure I do my best to make sure my brand stays true to
its words. “The core brand values may be
compromised, driving away those loyal to the brand. Or the change may create a
disconnection in the mind of the audience, giving competitors an opportunity to
step in” (Davis 48). I want to make sure my potential audience feel like
that have a voice in my brand, and that they can trust my brand. I have many
core values, and I will do my best to wrap them all up in one to make up my
promise to my potential audience. The start of my core values will be respect,
loyalty, honesty, family, positivity, an open mind, motivation, passion, action
oriented and strength. It does stop there; I want people to see my brand as
being dedicated, have integrity, having professionalism, tradition, being
creative, being ethical, being original, being accountable for our actions, and
having discipline. I’ve chose so many core values, because I want to show
people that I can have a brand that offers everything and sticks to everything.
“A brand must analyze its impact on its
stakeholders and review how it delivers its service and how it is perceived, in
order to work out a way to differentiate itself. It must question its values
and ensure that it behaves in line with those values” (Davis 32). I believe
nothing is impossible, but I know it will take a lot of hard work to make it
happen.
Primary "Product"
(1) I
plan to offer the world a piece of the Caribbean islands and the warm cultures
that comes with it. The product I wish to offer is a swimsuit collection.
Although it is actually garments I want to offer, I also want to provide my
potential audience with an educated, respectful, honest, and heartfelt
experience. I want my audience to be involved in my brand, so I will offer high
customer interaction and communication. I will offer facts and educate my
potential audience about the Caribbean countries that inspires the collection.
I will not only offer respect to my audience and their thoughts, but I will
also respect the countries that I have representing my collection. I want my
audience and the Caribbean people to feel that are important to the brand, and
that they are more than just a customer. I want them to feel like family, and
that the family will hurt without having each person a part of the crew. “The consumer is no longer simply the person
buying the product
or service, but a broad spectrum of ‘stakeholders’ who include customers
through to employees to external agencies and local communities. Each
stakeholder may experience the brand in a different way, but there should be
consistency in brand behavior” (Davis 27).
I will be honest and make sure my potential audience has answers to
questions or concerns about the products I’m offering. I also want to offer a
heartfelt journey for my audience and move them to feel what I do for the
collection and the inspiration behind it. My brand is not just a swimsuit; I
want it to be a connection with the people and inspiration for others. “Brands today represent more than a product,
service or brand identity” (Davis 27). Of course I want to offer top of the
line swimsuits, but I’d rather have my potential audience fall in love with the
brands and what it stands for first. I want my audience to understand that I
did not just pull my brand out of the air; I want them to know I put hard work,
time, and my heart into my brand. “Brands
don’t just arrive out of nowhere. They are the product of a company vision”
(Davis 41).

How has art, design, and creativity changed you?
To start off, I feel free. Art, design, and creativity has really
opened up my mind, and allowed me to think farther than I have before. I’ve
gotten away from doubting myself and my ideas. "We see only the
obvious way of looking at a problem—the same comfortable way we always think
about it. Another barrier is self-censorship, that inner voice of judgment that
confines our creative spirit within the boundaries of what we deem acceptable.
It's the voice that whispers to you, "They'll think I'm foolish," or
"That will never work." I’ve
noticed my selection in music, lifestyle, and health concerns have all changed
due to art, design, and creativity. I’m starting to see everything in life for
what it really is. I now believe that everything in life is a piece of art. "We
tend to think of it as rarefied: artists, musicians, poets. But the cook in her
kitchen is showing creativity when she invents a variation on a recipe." The music I listen to now really stimulates my mind,
helping my creative juices to flow; music with a meaning, to me at least. My lifestyle
is a little more care free. I found that I barely stress anymore. Life comes as
is. I’m more interested in taking a more organic and natural health lifestyle. Opening
my mind to what nature has to offer. I found myself taking more risks, and
being okay with failing. "Creative people are committed to risk. The creative person
always walks two steps into the darkness. Everybody can see what's in the
light... the real heroes delve in the dark." Everything is art. Art is life.
